Join the #HalfMyDAF Movement!

Do you have a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) and want to make a difference from immigrant communities? We have the opportunity for your gifts to Immigration Counseling Service (ICS) to have an even bigger impact through the #HalfMyDAF movement!

More than $234 billion sits in DAFs across the country. The goal of #HalfMyDAF is to move that money to nonprofits like ours by making unrestricted matching grants at random. If you are a DAF holder and commit to spending down half of the money that was in your DAF on January 1st by September 27, 2024, all the grants you make to ICS are eligible for a match from #HalfMyDAF.

#HalfMyDAF will make dollar-for-dollar matches of up to $5,000 on June 28, 2024, and again on September 27, 2024, out of a pool of $1.8M in unrestricted grant funding.

Since starting in 2020, the #HalfMyDAF community has awarded over $50 million in grants. The more donors who commit to spending down at least half of their DAF and donate to ICS, the more likely we are to receive a match.
